Euphorie is a task execution service operated by Euphorie, Inc. You submit a task description, pay a flat fee, and we deliver the completed result to your email. No account creation is required.
All payments are processed through Stripe. The $5 fee is charged per task at the time of submission. If we are unable to complete your task, we will issue a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days for a refund or re-execution at no additional cost.
You agree not to submit tasks that involve illegal activity, harassment, generation of harmful content, impersonation, fraud, or anything that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse any task and issue a refund.
We may use a combination of human effort and AI tools to execute your task. Results are delivered as-is. While we aim for accuracy and quality, Euphorie is not liable for decisions made based on task outputs.
You own the output we deliver. We do not claim any rights over the results of your tasks. You retain all rights to the inputs you provide.
Euphorie\'s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific task in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
